Marie Curie was the first ever woman to win a Nobel Prize and the only one to win two of them, and the only person to win the Nobel Prize in two scientific fields. She was also the first woman to become a professor at the University of Paris.
She won the Nobel Prize in Physics first, then Chemistry.
